This ticket is for qualified trade members only - a business card will be required along with your ticket to gain access.

Can I get a refund if I'm no longer able to attend?

We understand that this is a possibility and a full refund will be provided when requested. However, refund requests must be submitted at least 30 days before the start of the event for us to accept and process them. All tickets after this point are non-refundable.

Is my ticket transferable?

We strongly advise against purchasing or selling tickets online. Up to 30 days prior to the event’s start date, we offer full refunds. There is no need to purchase used tickets until that moment because all refunded tickets are put back on sale on this page. Kindly note that as tickets cannot be transferred or exchanged, we do not accept any responsibility over the validity of tickets purchased from another customer.
